Um hi. I have been looking all over the internet for the bootleg soundtrack of this movie forever. I've been from torrents to amazon and i havent been able to find it. these .rar files that say CD1 and 2 are they the bootleg soundtrack and if so how can I obtain them without that crazy rapidshare process. Some help would be appreciated thanks.

Hi, Alex,
You are on the threshold of achieving your hearts desire. To fulfill this quest all you have to do is - (drumroll, please...) download the files from Rapidshare. !! Then, if you have winzip or winrar the files will magically open and all that lovely music will be yours. Cheers and welcome to the blog !
www.win-rar.com has a 40 day free trial of the software. Get it now, live in peace with your music.

Hi. It's alex again. well i downloaded the files and you know what they were everything i had hoped for. Thank you so much this really has a lot of value to me. There is one concern for me though. On freeshare it said that after 90 days files get deleted without downloaded. Please tell me that doesn't mean anything for me because it would really kill me to have this track taken away from me now that i have it. Thanks again

Hi, Alex,
Glad it worked out for you. That's what filesharing is all about. Once you have downloaded the files you can burn them onto a CD. Windows Media Player does a good job - just slap in a blank CD and hit burn. Some filehosts remove files after 90 days if no-one is using them. Rapidshare is the best because as long as you 'pay the rent' you can do what you like with them. Hosting frees up precious harddrive space and makes the PC run faster.

Cheers and enjoy your music !

Im sorry but what do you mean by "pay the rent". In order to download them I just went with the free download. And it is possible for files to delete themselves if they have a program attached to them.

Hi, Alex,
To keep files on Rapidshare I pay a month fee (rent, if you like). That way there is no need for activity with those files. Some filehost sites such as Sendspace remove files if they are dormant for 90 days. It is unlikely that your files have any built in programs that would cause them to delete.

Cheers !

Chris

Thank you once again for your wonderfully enlightening advice. You have been very helpful throughout this whole "process" if you will. THanks again.

Hello,

By the age of the post, I guess the above two CDs are the bootlegged versions. La La Land records released a 2 disk version in 2010 I think.

However, this is not the main purpose of my post. I wanted to ask if you know about this piece of music I heard at several places but never obtained a copy myself.

This is a longer and rhythmic (i.e. with beats) version of "International Code" track in the OST of this movie. I've seen the movie but never heard this longer version either in the movie or in the credits. It is not there in the Movie OST CDs as well.

Has any other artist performed a cover version or sampled this music?

I know its been 16 years... but I just hope I find that music bit one day.
